EU Right of Withdrawal

This page explains how EU customers may exercise their right of withdrawal for purchases made through Nord Studios.

At Nord Studios, our products are supplied digitally. This includes Lightroom presets, LUT packs, overlays, editing kits, downloadable files and other digital content delivered through a purchased content area or download link.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.

For digital products, this right may be affected once access to the digital content has begun. If you request or agree to immediate access to your purchased content and then download files from your purchased content area onto your device, the product cannot be physically returned in the same way as a physical item.

Because of this, once a digital download has been executed from your purchased content area, a refund is no longer guaranteed, however we will always cooperate to find an appropriate solution for both parties.

Purchases without downloads executed

If you have purchased a product but have not yet downloaded any files from your purchased content area, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request withdrawal or a refund.

Where no download has been executed, we may be able to revoke access to the purchased content area and process a refund to your original payment method.

Digital downloads already accessed

Once a preset pack, LUT pack, overlay pack, editing kit or other digital file has been downloaded from your purchased content area onto your device, we usually cannot treat the product as returnable.

However, we always want to help our customers find a fair solution. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer support, replacement files, an exchange, store credit, a different compatible file type, or another suitable resolution.

Software compatibility or faulty files

If you believe the files are faulty, missing, corrupted, or incompatible with your software, please contact us and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

In many cases, we can help by providing guidance, replacement files, alternative file types, or another suitable solution.

How to submit an EU withdrawal request

To submit a withdrawal request, please contact us at:

Please include:

- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
- Your order number, if available
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase

You do not need to give a reason for withdrawal.

After receiving your request, we will review the order status, including whether any digital downloads have been executed from the purchased content area, and reply as soon as reasonably possible.

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Even where a refund is not guaranteed due to the digital nature of the product, we encourage you to contact us. We will always try to help provide a fair and practical solution for both parties.
